Skilled Operative - Greater Manchester

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07 30
Rate: £190 per day - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Operative to support ongoing works at a busy construction site in Cheadle. The successful candidate will assist with general site operations and machine handling, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

• Carry out general labouring and groundworks duties on site.

• Operate machinery including dumper and roller safely and effectively.

• Support the site team with daily tasks, including material movement and site preparation.

• Follow all site health and safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other operatives to maintain a productive site environment.

• Valid Dumper Ticket

• Valid Roller Ticket

• Cat & Genny training (beneficial but not essential)

• Proven all-round construction site experience

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instruction

• Strong awareness of health and safety on site

• PPE must be worn at all times.

• Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and ready to work full-time hours.
