Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Help deliver residential and commercial projects
• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings

Skills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Successfully complete your RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
• Relevant Post Part 1 qualification experience as an Architectural Assistant
• Relevant experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant would be advantageous
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on residential or commercial projects
• Strong drawing and designing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the
