Senior Site Manager

My client is seeking to recruit a Freelance Senior Site Manager on a 7m Commercial Refurbishment project in Northfleet.

Reporting into the Project Manager, the Senior Site Manager will be an accomplished Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering challenging and fast paced projects in live environments.

The Project

• Cut and Carve of existing building, Steel wrapped in Concrete
• Constructing of an additional storey at roof level
• New MEP, Facade Render
• Fit out of management offices, and administration areas.
• External works consist of reconfiguring car parking, access routes, and logistics zones
• All construction is being carried out within a live operational environment
• Close coordination required with staff and careful consideration of public interface.

Rate:

• 330- 350pd CIS/PAYE Umbrella
