Key Responsibilities:

• Perform responsive maintenance repairs in commercial properties
• Replace and repair fire doors
• Fix leaks and replace taps
• Repair ceilings
• Tiling, painting, and cladding

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade
• Gold CSCS card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Clean driving licence or access to your own van
• Own tools
