Site Supervisor - Structural Steel

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Loughborough (UK travel required)
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + benefits + vehicle

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Supervisor with steelwork experience to join our team. This role involves hands-on work outdoors, including some manual handling, and may require weekend or night shifts depending on project requirements (overtime rates apply).

You will be responsible for preparing and managing all site documentation, including RAMS, task briefings, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The main base is in Loughborough, but travel across the UK will be required.

Key Requirements:

• CSCS Gold Card

• SSSTS (minimum)

• Crane Supervisor

• Slinger Signaller

Desirable:

• IPAF

• PASMA

• PTS or National Highways Passport

We are looking for someone who is methodical, organised, and computer literate, with strong teamwork skills and the flexibility to meet customer needs.
