Site manager

My client are a South Eastern based civil engineering and construction contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help a new public realm and infrastructure package being delivered for a valued client. The scope of works you will be responsible for managing will include drainage, kerbing, paving, 278 works and associated civils.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Day to day management of on site operations.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Record keeping.
• Daily briefings.
• RAMs.
• Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 6.
• Black CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• NRSWA - Beneficial.
• Previous experience with public realm, highways or landscaping.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
