My client has been providing Mechanical and Electrical services to its clients in Kent and London for over 10 years. They have established a strong reputation for consistently delivering fantastic projects and as a result they are hiring.

Duties:

• Estimating in the M&E department for a main contractor.
• Producing estimates for Planned Maintenance, Construction and New Build.
• Compiling Tenders varying from University & School refurbishments to Multi storey housing developments for local authority.
• Preparing and compiling all elements of the Mechanical bid such as Renewable Technologies and Air Conditioning/Ventilation.
• The Tenders range in price from refurbishment projects circa 100K to large housing developments worth over 2M in Mechanical value.

Requirements:

• Hardworking individual with a strong engineering and design background.
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator.
• Proficient at Auto CAD and BIM technology.
• Ability to understand technical drawings in both 2D and 3D.
