Static Fabric Technician

A global leading building maintenance company have a key requirement for a Static Fabric Technician to join their team in Luton, Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire. A proactive attitude and good communication skills are necessary. The company is well established and boasts a culture of progression. There is on-site parking, as well as full facilities. The successful candidate must be within commutable distance of Luton.

The successful Static Fabric Technician will:

• Static Fabric Technician will perform painting and decorating tasks
• Static Fabric Technician will be hanging doors, repairing furniture and other carpentry work
• Static Fabric Technician will carry out basic PPMs
• Emergency lighting checks
• Lamping
• Fire alarm tests
• Call out will be required
• Static Fabric Technician will perform basic plumbing and electrical works

The successful Static Fabric Technician will have:

• Static Fabric Technician will have experience in a similar maintenance role
• Static Fabric Technician will have experience carrying out PPMs
• Static Fabric Technician will be in commutable distance of Luton
• Static Fabric Technician will be paid 33,000 - 34,000 basic PAYE + overtime + holiday
