The Role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Central London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the continued success of our operations team.

You will play a key role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction logistics projects, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and completion of monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations)

• Variation account management and cost tracking throughout project lifecycle

• Attend whiteboard meetings with clients on-site to discuss progress and costs

• Liaise closely with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control

• Conduct pre-start meetings for new projects and assist with project setup

• Manage final accounts and ensure timely close-out

• Provide regular commercial reports to Director level

• Ensure compliance with contractual and company procedures

About You

• Degree educated in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred)

• Proven experience within construction logistics or a related construction sector

• Demonstrable track record of managing projects from start to completion

• Strong understanding of cost control, variations, and final accounts

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
