£60,000 - £80,000 + Travel Allowance + Bonus Essex / London Projects
A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The company delivers high-quality residential, care home, and student accommodation projects across London and the South East, with M&E package values reaching up to £12 million.
The Role:

• Manage all commercial aspects of M&E projects from tender through to final account.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, variations, and CVRs.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budget control.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and payment processes.
• Provide financial insight to drive project performance and profitability.

Experience Required:

• Proven background as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within a building services contractor.
• Experience on residential, care home, or student accommodation schemes.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT and Design & Build forms).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
