Desirable Skills Knowledge of sustainability and low-carbon technologies (e.g., ASHPs, MVHR, etc.). Familiarity with retail-specific challenges, such as phased refurbishments and out-of-hours surveys. Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites and projects. Applications are invited from appropriately qualified and experienced professionals who have worked across mechanical building services in a design, operations, estates or facilities management type environment, who have accrued the necessary experience to carry out the above tasks.
