Finishing Supervisor

A fast-growing main contractor, with a turnover of around 200 million, is seeking a highly skilled Finishing Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and a proven track record of managing the final finishes stage of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the final stage of construction projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget and time constraints.

• Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, painters, and tilers, to ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest quality.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are running smoothly and to schedule.

• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Requirements:

• A trade background, such as carpentry, painting, or tiling.

• Significant experience in managing the final finishes stage of a construction project.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
