Job Description

Our client is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to run a housing site in Slough.

The ideal candidate will also have past experience driving a forklift, or have a valid telehandler ticket.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall site management and delivery of the development.

  • Managing build programs and all daily site activities.

  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages.

  • Quality control and customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting progress to senior management.

  • Coordinating NHBC inspections and handovers.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid - telehandler ticket would also be preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a site team effectively.

  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing programmes with 50+ units preferred.
