Plant Fitter (Contruction Plant)

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Plant Fitter to work for a specialist company whose has a range of construction plant and whose head office which is based between Belfast and Lisburn. This is a brand new additional role suitable for a time served or suitably qualified Fitter which is offering a rate of £18 - £20 p/hr, bonus, 28 holidays, pension and professional development support. Hours are Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm with no shifts or weekend work. Experience working on either Construction Plant, Agricultural Machinery, Forklifts or similar is essential.

Role - Plant Fitter

Reporting to the Plant Manager, as Plant Fitter you will be an integral part of the operations team in the maintenance and preservation of key plant and equipment.

• Maintain & implement planned and preventative maintenance as per schedules for all plant and equipment and report key findings
• Changeout bearings, rollers, drums, motors, gearboxes, pumps, rams, trommels, support wheels etc
• Ensure all plant and equipment is operationally safe and complies with the relevant legislation
• Maintain all records, documentation and literature in compliance with company safety, health, environmental and quality standards
