Building Surveyor

ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a contract Building Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings.

About the role:-

• Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
• Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
• Producing technical and defect analysis reports
• Life cycle costings
• Organise your week accordingly, depending on workload, and travelling to meet with clients
• Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.
• Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures

What's in it for you:

250 to 300 per day and all travel expenses paid for.

You must have relevant building surveying experience to be successful with your application.
