Salary: 50,000- 60,000 Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee a prestigious residential development in Central London. You will maintain high standards across the property, deliver excellent service to residents, and lead a small on-site team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, inspections, and both planned and reactive maintenance.
Oversee contractors, ensuring quality and health & safety compliance.
Lead front-of-house services, including parcels, keys, and resident move-ins/outs.
Conduct statutory checks (fire alarms, lifts, emergency lighting) and maintain accurate records.
Lead, train, and support on-site staff; manage rotas and performance.
Contribute to budgets and participate in resident communications.
Person Specification
Experience managing premium residential, hospitality, or similar properties.
Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Eligible to work in the UK with a good standard of education.
