An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a growing energy solutions business, forecasting over £10M in revenue this year across several major national frameworks.
 This role offers the chance to play a key part in driving commercial success within a rapidly expanding organisation focused on sustainable, high-value projects.

  The Role:
 As the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of multiple projects, managing cost control, reporting, and performance across M&E and energy-related schemes.
 You ll work closely with clients, the supply chain, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of accurate financial management and maintain healthy project margins.
 Key Responsibilities:
  - Lead on client and supply chain contracts
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and CVR reporting
- Oversee applications, variations, and overall commercial performance
- Deliver accurate financial and margin reporting to senior management
- Support and mentor a Junior Quantity Surveyor within the team
Requirements:
  - Proven experience in MEP Quantity Surveying (mechanical & electrical focus)
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT/NEC experience beneficial)
- Skilled in forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
