Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will support each site development making sure targets and project deadlines are met by ensuring/managing: commercial cost appraisals and viability/ feasibility analysis; the procurement of sub-contractors, materials and goods; the preparation and monitoring of site costs and budgets as well as full cost control and final accounts.
