Experience managing multiple site teams, strategically planning projects and an ability to problem solve in complex situations. A Strong knowledge around BSR and the building safety act as well as strong IT skills are essential and you must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word. Having an ability to create a strong working environment, where everyone is working as a team to achieve targets and goals on the contract, as well as being able to build strong relationships with the client and your team members. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. They're looking to appoint a Design & Build Technical Manager to take ownership of technical coordination across multiple live and upcoming schemes.
