Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to high standards
• Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:
Experience of managing large-scale housing projects
Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
