A Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister is required to generate and secure property instructions in the Loughton area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, high-performing estate agency sales negotiator with a dynamic local company

An established independent local residential estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister for their Loughton office. This role offers the opportunity to list premium properties, develop new business, and deliver outstanding client service.

You will play a key role in driving branch growth and maintaining the agency's high standards.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new property listings and securing instructions
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Ensuring all listings meet compliance and company standards
• Supporting branch sales targets and contributing to business growth
• Preparing property marketing materials and maintaining accurate records

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Property Lister in residential property
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service ability
• Professional, confident, and well-presented
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Local knowledge of Loughton and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence desirable
• A polished, professional approach to estate agency and property sales
