Job Description
I'm working with a national housebuilder on a partnerships scheme in Berkshire who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
The essentials:
- Start: Mid-late October
- Duration: Until March/April 2026
- Pay: 250 per day PAYE ( 319 incl. employers NI & holiday pay)
The scheme:
- High rise partnerships scheme in Berkshire
- 25 apartments, part of a larger project of over 140 units
- Internals from 1st fix through to completion
Who we need:
- A proven Assistant Site Manager with experience managing internals on RC frame new-build residential projects
- Someone who has worked on high-rise developments
- Confident overseeing subcontractors and driving quality, safety, and progress
- CSCS, SMSTS and First aid certs are expected but there maybe some flexibility
This is a strong freelance opportunity to step into a busy scheme with a national developer and see it through to completion. Interviews will be held - please apply with an up to date CV.
