    • Interpret basic architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
    • Learn steel fabrication terminology, standards, and workshop practices.
    • Attend internal training sessions and actively seek development opportunities in Tekla/CAD detailing.

  • Good mathematical, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with structural steelwork or metalwork terminology
  • Understanding of fabrication and construction workflows
  • Exposure to reading construction drawings or technical documentation
  • Basic knowledge of BIM, file formats (DWG, IFC), or document control systems

What We Offer:

  • Competitive entry-level salary and progression pathway
  • Hands-on training and mentoring by experienced professionals
  • Opportunities to work on diverse, real-world construction projects
  • Clear route for career development into senior draughting or design roles
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on quality and learning
