The ideal candidate will be working on our Social Housing Repairs contracts in planned and reactive maintenance to void and tenanted properties across our main locations of work - Knowsley, Salford & Oldham. Duties of the successful Multi Skilled Operative will include: Liaising with management, clients and tenants ensuring appointments and repairs are completed to a high standard. Using their skillset to work effectively in a team to carry out general home maintenance repairs to void & tenanted properties. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in as many of the below duty areas: • Kitchen, bathroom & Wetroom replacements • Joinery - UPVC doors & windows, Internal doors & frames, Skirting & architrave etc • Plastering - Patch Plastering, Damp repairs, full room plastering • Tiling Screed & vinyl tiles, Ceramic Wall Tiling • Painting & Decorating And must also have the below qualities: • Hold a relevant trades qualification (NVQ2 or equivalent) • Hold a full Clean UK Driving Licence • Have experience in Social Housing Repairs • Have, or are willing to have a DBS check. In return, the successful Multi Skilled Operative will receive: • A temp to permanent position, with an annual salary of £34,000 once permanent • 20 Days holiday to pick of their own per year + 1 week shut down at Christmas + All Bank Holidays = 31 Days in total • Opportunity to enrol into the company s chosen pension scheme. • A company van and fuel card will also be supplied.
