We are a leading provider of industrial and environmental support services, delivering essential maintenance, response, and remediation projects nationwide. As part of our growing operations team in the North East, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge on-site, lead teams effectively, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in spill response, pollution control, or environmental site operations who enjoy hands-on leadership and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading operational teams on both emergency response and planned works across industrial and environmental sites
  • Act as the primary on-site contact, ensuring safe systems of work and accurate RAMS documentation
  • Manage plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and represent the company professionally on-site
  • Support planning, logistics, and documentation for projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Play an active role in spill and HAZMAT response operations
Requirements
  • Knowledge and practical experience of pollution control and spill response
  • Competent in the use of RPE and breathing apparatus
  • HP/UHP water jetting experience
  • Qualifications: IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel or stay away from home when required
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • HGV Class 2 licence and towing experience
