TSR are working with a fantastic consultancy that delivers high-quality Asset Management Surveys across the social housing sector throughout the UK.

The company is a market leader in developing bespoke, web-based Asset and Project Management software and mobile applications.

• • Conducts over 30,000 surveys annually

Works with 40+ social housing landlords and major contractors

Helps manage over 400,000 properties and delivers £250m+ of planned works per year

Their head office is in Manchester, but their projects span the country.

The Role

Having recently secured a new Housing Association contract based in Rotherham they are seeking several new surveyors to join them on a freelance basis, to complete stock condition surveys.

Working independently but with full diary support - the company will schedule your weekly workload. Expect around 10 surveys per day and training is provided.

You will be required to visit their Manchester office prior to employment.

Requirements

MUST be a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)

Preferably hold a degree in Building Surveying or a similar discipline

Previous experience within social housing is advantageous

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
