Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a smart Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in their Surrey office which has secured multiple, multi-million pound projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

Reporting into an Associates, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of projects from large scale ( 100m+) industrial units, fast-paced healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and hotel refurbishments.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing pre and post contract tasks, whilst working towards taking ownership of smaller schemes with Associate oversight.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• Circa 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Basic pre and post contract knowledge
• Surrey based - driving licence and car
• PQS / Consultancy background preferred
