We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a growing organisation based in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices, expenses, and purchase orders

  • Reconciling accounts and supporting month-end procedures

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases

  • Assisting with payroll preparation and finance reporting

  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

  • General administrative support to the finance and operations teams

About You:

  • Experience in a finance or accounts administration role

  • Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy

  • Confident using finance software (XERO and COINS) and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Previous experience within a construction or project-based environment would be beneficial, but not essential
