15.85 per hr PAYE

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following safety protocols.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices on-site.
• Report any issues or hazards to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred.
• A valid driver's licence is beneficial for transporting materials when necessary.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
