Regular training and review of all trade staff engaged in Fire Door upgrade and installation activities and ensure competency of staff for specialised Fire Door installation work. Liaison with Joinery Shop Managers on the implementation and changes of products or methods for producing Fire Door Assemblies as required. Manage performance, productivity and value for money in a Right First Time (RFT) environment. Ensure systems and records are accurate and kept up to date in a timely manner in support of the delivery of repairs through the regular use of the Council's IT systems.
