Electrician

I'm on the lookout for an experienced Electrician to join our established maintenance team in Cornwall. This is a varied role working within occupied domestic properties, where you ll combine hands on electrical repairs with thorough inspection and testing. A friendly, professional approach with residents is just as important as your technical expertise.

What you ll be doing:

• Electrical inspection, testing, and certification
• Repairs and fault-finding
• Full and partial rewires
• Changing consumer units
• Installing lighting and sockets
• Ensuring all work complies with the latest regulations and safety standards

What we need from you:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition qualification
• AM2 certification
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent 2394/2395 - Desirable)
• Proven domestic maintenance experience
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• A professional, customer focused attitude
