They're looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK.This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering or construction graduate (ideally with around one year of post-graduation experience) to begin a career in project management with a company that values development, progression, and practical learning.The Offer

Graduate Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of bespoke engineering and access control installation projects.
  • Assist with project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and contractors to maintain clear and professional communication throughout each project.
  • Visit customer sites (pool cars or train travel provided) to oversee progress and support installation teams.
  • Prepare risk assessments and technical documentation under the guidance of senior project managers.
Graduate Project Manager Profile
  • Must be a British-born national (required due to the nature of the sites).
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally one year of relevant experience (placement or post-graduate role).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and able to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
