They're seeking a confident Block Manager to oversee a local portfolio of leasehold blocks in Sheffield.

Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management
- Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
- Attending AGMs and residents' meetings
- Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors
- Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms
- Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in residential block/estate management
- Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes
