As part of their continued growth, they're seeking a skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic Residential Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
- Conduct property viewings professionally and efficiently, showcasing high-quality homes across the region
- Manage lettings enquiries and coordinate a busy viewing calendar with flexibility and attention to detail
- Qualify potential tenants and progress applications in line with company policy
- Re-engage previous applicants to generate renewed interest and feedback
- Market properties effectively across platforms including Rightmove and Zoopla
- Carry out property inspections and final checks before key release
- Provide feedback on market activity, pricing, and interest levels
- Deliver outstanding customer service, upholding the company's strong professional reputation
- Offer administrative support and occasionally deliver documents or items to tenants or landlords
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Proven ability to manage negotiations, close deals, and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Excellent local area knowledge
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Confident IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and smartphone proficiency
- Well-presented, articulate, and motivated by results
- Full, clean UK driving licence
