Role: Building Maintenance Supervisor Location : Reading Working : Mon to Fri Salary : 50,000 We're hiring a proven Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site engineering team at a critical facility. You will be the key technical leader, responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems. Your mission is to drive maximum system availability, uphold a Safety-First culture, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and coordinate the team and specialist vendors. Compliance & Safety: Enforce statutory regulations, SFG20/OEM standards, and Change Management protocols. Maintenance Control: Oversee all Planned (PPM) and rapidly manage all Reactive/Corrective Maintenance. Essential Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in commercial/critical maintenance. Qualification: HNC, HND, or successful apprenticeship in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Certifications: C&G Pts. 1 & 2 (or equivalent) & 17th/18th Edition IEE. We are looking for a Technical & Compliance Manager to join their Building Services team on-site at a large health care facility in Derby This role will be to assist in the establishment of an efficient and effective direct labour and external contractors to achieve a high standard of reactive and PPM performance. The successful candidate will be making sure the site is compliant with statuary PPM and ensure technical support is available to the workforce as well as responding to technical emergencies.
