Senior Sales Neg/Valuer

Salary: DOE + OTE

Location: Bognor Regis

Hours: Mon - Fri Full time - 5-day week and 2 Saturdays per month

Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport

You'll be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, generating new business, and managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. This role would suit a confident, proactive individual with strong local market knowledge and a genuine passion for property and people.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and potential clients.
  • Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
  • Maximise business opportunities through proactive lead generation and referrals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve branch targets.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Valuer within estate agency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
  • Good local market knowledge and awareness of property trends.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong team ethic.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
