Senior Lettings Negotiator

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a growing lettings company in Bristol. With around 90% of their portfolio focused on student accommodation, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy, fast-moving lettings operation.

You'll be responsible for launching new properties, managing enquiries, carrying out viewings, and seeing each tenancy through from start to finish. If you're organised, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Launching multiple new properties every week.
• Handling high volume property enquiries.
• Diary management and conducting viewings.
• Liaising with landlords and tenants, managing offers, and progressing tenancies.
• Organising the move-ins and working with inventory providers during the summer.
• Helping prepare and market properties for the next academic year.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• 1-2 years minimum lettings experience.
• Working in student accommodating lettings would be highly desirable.
• Driving license and preferably your own vehicle.
• Familiarity with lettings software (Reapit, Blink, or similar).
