Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and close-knit team in Balham. Our client is a respected, family-run, independent agency with a strong local presence and reputation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Providing knowledgeable advice to clients
- Negotiating offers between parties
- Managing deals through to completion
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in property sales and/or lettings
- A genuine passion for property and customer service
- Proactive and confident with a strong team ethic
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Full UK driving licence and easy commute to Balham
