Project Quantity Surveyor

Project: 150M High-End Residential Development, Fulham
Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Serving as part of the commercial team on a 150 million multi-phase residential development in Fulham, overseeing key work packages from tender through to final account. Responsibilities include subcontract procurement, managing change control, preparing valuations, and producing detailed cost reports to support financial governance and project delivery. The role also involves leading package negotiations, monitoring cost performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations under JCT form.

The project comprises several high-rise apartment blocks with luxury finishes, extensive basement construction, and landscaped communal areas within a constrained urban environment. In addition to managing commercial performance, the position includes mentoring assistant surveyors and liaising with both internal stakeholders and client-side representatives to ensure seamless cost management across all phases of the build.
