Role Landscape Planner

Location London

Salary £38 - £42K DOE

Our client is on the lookout for a Landscape Planner to lead landscape and visual assessments across an exciting mix of projects, from renewable energy to residential and commercial developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading landscape planning projects across commercial, infrastructure, and energy sectors
  • Conducting landscape/townscape and visual impact assessments
  • Providing strategic insights and design advice
  • Managing projects, teams, and client relationships
  • Getting hands-on with every stage of the planning process
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Growing your skills through ongoing training and development

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • CMLI status (or on your way there!)
  • Experience with landscape/townscape/visual appraisals & assessments
  • Strong understanding of the UK planning system
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A full UK driving licence
