Job Description
A very well established, valued client of ours is expanding their business into the Southend area and is looking for a recognised Estate/Lettings Agent to help grow their site.
The right person-
- Proven success within Estate Agency and/or Lettings
- Established in the area
- Happy to go out and grow a business (and be rewarded financially for doing so)
- Great communicator and relationship builder
- Go getter who wants to be part of building a new branch.
- Happy to also get involved in the lettings side, which is already being built behind the scenes.
The company will reward you with an uncapped commission structure and looking to pay a base salary around £40,000 per annum DOE.
Mon-Fri 9-6 Saturday 9-4, day off in the week.
Pool car will be provided.
