Property Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded lettings agency near Clifton / City Centre, in their search for a Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio of long-term lets.

They are looking for a confident and experienced individual who will be able to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same.

DAY TO DAY:

• Managing the letting process from start to finish
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard.
• Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Maintaining accurate records and databases

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• 1-2 years property management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to drive and have access to own car

• Monday to Friday, 9-5 (No weekends!)
