We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile education project operating under Department for Education (DfE) requirements. This is a hands-on role, responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to budget, while meeting all education-specific standards and compliance requirements.
Manage the full lifecycle of the education project, from planning to handover.
Ensure strict compliance with DfE guidelines, education regulations, and health & safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, staff, and local authorities.
Monitor progress, budgets, and risk registers, resolving issues promptly.
Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Lead and motivate the project team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Proven experience managing DfE-funded education projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, and scheduling.
Understanding of CDM regulations and education-sector compliance.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to live education environments.
