TS Recruitment are actively working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking to add a Retrofit Assessor to their team.

Benefits

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out retrofit assessments to properties for energy efficiency funding
• Visit privately owned and housing association properties to carry out the assessments
• Conduct the energy assessments in accordance with the PAS2035:2023
• Work closely with retrofit coordinators to ensure a smooth process and funding requirements are met
• Liaise with Site Manager and tenant liaison officers to ensure access to properties

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3 years minimum surveying / assessing for energy efficiencies
• Level 3 certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment (essential)
• Domestic ventilation certificate (preferred)
