Our client, a highly respected and community-focused independent estate agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuations Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in carrying out property valuations, managing the sales process, and ensuring vendors and landlords receive the highest standard of service from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and engaging property valuations across sales and lettings.
• Carry out viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial instruction through to successful completion.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and landlords, maintaining regular communication and updates.
• Negotiate offers effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's reputation as the leading local estate agency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the company's ethos of trust, integrity, and community focus.
