We re representing a reputable, family-run Mechanical Contractor with a loyal client base and long-term workload across the Midlands.

They re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to manage a range of projects from design through to handover, typically between £250k and £2m in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project delivery, labour, and procurement

• Attending client and progress meetings

• Managing budgets, timescales, and quality standards

• Coordinating with electrical teams for full M&E delivery

Requirements:

• Experience managing HVAC or building services installations

• Good technical knowledge of mechanical systems

• Strong client communication and leadership skills
