Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed
• Move materials around the site as directed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations on construction sites is preferred
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
