A leading Hampshire-based joinery and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company specialises in carpentry/joinery installation projects across luxury residential, commercial, and heritage projects.

Key aspects

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of multiple joinery and fit-out projects across London/South East
• Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
• Support tendering and pricing for bespoke joinery packages
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet commercial and contractual requirements

About you

• Proven track record as a QS within joinery, fit-out, or interiors (UK)
• Strong understanding of bespoke carpentry/joinery installation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
