Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E projects.

- Tendering: Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Contract Administration: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
- Project Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Cost Reporting: Produce regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and budget variances, to provide insights to project stakeholders.
