Job Description
My well-known Social Housing and Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire experienced Painters who also have experience in Damp&Mould.
Please note, there is minimal travel required for this contract. Areas covered include Bethnal Green and Hackney.
In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring that maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.
This is a long-term contract, 6 months+ , with the possibility of ongoing work or going perm
You will recieve a van and a fuel card
Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears through CIS or LTD account
Requirements:
- UK Driving License (up to 6 points allowed)
- Clean DBS - Company will complete this
- 5+ years of experience painting, ideally within the social housing environment
- Own brushes/rollers
Start date: ASAP , interviews will be held next week
